Unfortunately exchanges are not available at this time.
Customer will be given 30 days from the Date of Delivery to return an eligible item. Eligible items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items may not be returned if they have been damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any way. Clearance Items and Sale Items are not eligible for returns. Please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.
Note: If you are a customer located in the EU and you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days after delivery of your order that you wish to return an item.
Shipping Your Return Package
Customer will be responsible for choosing their own shipping carrier and for paying Shipping & Handling costs of their returned package. It is recommended to choose a carrier that offers shipping insurance and tracking. CHAKVANA will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. Customer will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs.
Eligible returned items that meet the return requirements will be issued a refund for the amount of the item's purchased price. Original Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to customer's original method of purchase. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days after a return has been processed to reflect on customer's credit/bank statement.
