Do you have any physical locations?
No, we do not have any physical stores. We are an online-only store.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and more. The payment methods we accept may change from time to time. To see which payment methods we currently accept please refer to the list of payment icons shown at the bottom of our website in the footer section of the home page.

Where are my items shipped from?
All items we sell will be mailed to you from within the United States. Most of our items are mailed out from our home office in California, however some items may be sent from our other fulfillment locations throughout the United States.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We are excited to announce that we are now shipping orders worldwide! If there are any particular countries we are not able to ship to, you will be notified at checkout when trying to ship your order to that location.

What methods of shipping do you offer?
All orders are mailed out using United States Postal Service (USPS). Domestic orders (U.S.A.) will have shipping options of USPS Ground Advantage and/or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the order's size and weight. All International orders will be shipped out using USPS Priority Mail International.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping & Handling costs are calculated as one Shipping price which will be calculated at Checkout. This amount will depend on the shipping method you select and the location in which your item is being shipped to. For orders mailed to an address located in the United States subtotaled at $50.00 or more, shipping is FREE!

How can I check the status of my order?
Please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you for the most up to date status of your order. If you've accidentally deleted your email, please use our Contact Form and enter the email address that you used to place your order and a team member will be in touch within 24 hours to help assist you.

How do returns work?
You have 30 days from the Date of Delivery to return items for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for shipping & handling of your returned items. For more information, please review our Return Policy page.
